Beyonce & JAY-Z Tour Talk Heats Up After Joint Ticketmaster Page Appears

Anticipation for a joint tour between Beyonce and JAY-Z has reached fever pitch after a mysterious entry popped up on Ticketmaster.

Details below…

As reported, sources close to the power couple are quoted as saying that they’d be heading out on the road together for a follow-up to 2014’s ‘On The Run Tour.’

And while the rumored All-Star Weekend announcement window came and went without news, fans were sent into a frenzy today when the following appeared online:

The entry, which also appeared on the US version of the site, has since been pulled down. But, given the pre-chatter, this is hardly a fantasized listing.

Echoing earlier sentiments, we’d much prefer a solo Bey tour in support of a new album. But there are a few realities to consider. Like, who knows if there even is an album ready at this point. Also, with The Carter clan growing by two with the arrival of twins Rumi and Sir (who are still under a year old), it kinda kinda figures why they’d want to do things together.

In any case, it certainly seems like something is brewing and with Bey’s Coachella around the corner, it looks like we’ll have answers imminently.

Tiffany Haddish To Host The 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards

In the absence of work to promote, Mo’Nique is doing the media rounds to plug her much discussed Netflix boycott.

The latest stop was The View, where things got a little…tense.

See what we mean below…

Mo’ first relayed her issue with the streaming service over what she deemed a combination of gender and race bias.

She then segue-wayed into Hollywood’s bigger issue with under-compensating and used her row over promoting ‘Precious’ as an example.

Indeed, as most will recall, she demanded to be compensated from the film studio to promote the movie internationally. She would later go on to claim that director Lee Daniels (who, along with Oprah Winfrey, tried to convince her to participate in promotion) let her know that she had been “blacklisted” due to her lack of compliance.

When sharing her stance, anchor Whoopi Goldberg interrupted to remind her that such promo is part of her contractual obligation when signing on to any film.

Watch how Mo’ reacted below…

At this point, it legitimately feels as though Mo’Nique is primarily protesting her various career missteps and the ramifications they’ve caused her.

Make no mistake, there is a huge issue with minorities not receiving their due. Indeed, Viola Davis recently spoke up about such.

But with Mo’Nique, her dramas are far too plentiful for it to always be somebody else’s fault. Far too plentiful.

Hence, for that reason, it was warming to see Whoopi check her. Albeit classily.

Behind The Scenes: Remy Ma & Chris Brown – ‘Melanin Magic’ Video

Remy Ma sprinkled a little ‘Melanin Magic’ on the masses when she debuted her newest single last month.

The Chris Brown assisted jam is the latest to be lifted from the rapper’s long-awaited sophomore album ‘Seven Winters & Six Summers.’

With its slick video receiving glowing reviews for its celebration of the brown hue, Remy takes the masses behind the scenes to see how the clip (which she co-directed) was pieced together.

Check it out below…

Loving this song and video and hope it garners to the success it deserves.

Hindsight is 20/20, but it would have been such a slay if she had this ready to drop in the immediate aftermath of ‘Shether.’ Pausing to take in the applause saw her spend a lot of her momentum without a product to benefit from it.

Now, she’s kind of has an uphill journey ahead of her.

Still, the material is on par. She just needs to hit the promo trail and fast.
